Position title
Junior Corporate & Litigation Lawyer
Description

We are seeking a Junior Corporate & Litigation Lawyer (Primary Registration) with 2 5 years of experience to join our legal team. The role involves handling corporate legal affairs, court cases and litigation, in addition to contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation, ensuring full legal compliance and protection of the company s interests.

Responsibilities
  • Handling corporate legal matters and company-related documentation
  • Representing and following up the company s cases before courts and judicial authorities
  • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting legal pleadings, memos, and case documents
  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending commercial, service, and corporate contracts
  • Negotiating contractual terms with clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Coordinating with external lawyers and legal consultants
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Law
  • Registered as a Primary Lawyer
  • 2 5 years of experience in corporate law, litigation, and contracts
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time
