Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor daily food and beverage costs and variances.
Assist in inventory control, stock counts, and cost analysis.
Support in preparing cost reports and identifying areas for improvement.
Coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams to ensure accurate data entry and pricing.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
0-1 year of experience in cost control, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
Strong Excel and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
