Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries across media platforms
- Handle Social Media platform requirements as assigned by the management
- Update and manage Excel files
- Process and update orders on the e-commerce platform
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickups, client requests, and deliveries
- Distinguish and organize orders based on logistics requirements
- Handle internal order tracking tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
Female
- Must have own laptop
- General Excel Knowledge
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
