Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries across media platforms
  • Handle Social Media platform requirements as assigned by the management
  • Update and manage Excel files
  • Process and update orders on the e-commerce platform
  • Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickups, client requests, and deliveries
  • Distinguish and organize orders based on logistics requirements
  • Handle internal order tracking tasks

  • Good communication and organizational skills
