Roles & Responsibilities

The Junior Cyber Security Advisor supports the delivery of information security services for clients in Greece, Europe, the Southeastern Mediterranean, and the Middle East. This role is ideal for candidates starting their cybersecurity consulting career. You will work under supervision and contribute to projects related to cybersecurity controls, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and implementation of basic security controls and standards.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Information Security Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
  • Participate in Information Security Audits to help identify missing or weak security controls.
  • Assist in the implementation of business resilience activities, such as IT Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management tasks.
  • Support Compliance Assessments against international standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR) & local regulations.
  • Contribute to Risk Management activities, helping identify and assess security risks.
  • Support various Information Security consulting services, including CSOC-related work.
  • Help prepare and deliver Training & Awareness sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on modern security practices and share relevant knowledge within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is a must, as you will often work with clients in Arabic-speaking countries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Good command of English; Greek is an advantage.
  • Any cybersecurity-related certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, cloud certifications, etc.) are considered a plus.
  • Up to 1 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, audit, or a related field (internships and academic projects also count).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • A motivated, open-minded, and team-oriented personality.
  • Ability to organize tasks, pay attention to detail, and work under guidance.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Europe and the Middle East.
