Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of IBP processes including demand planning, supply planning, and scenario analysis.
  • Support monthly planning cycles by preparing data, updating dashboards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to monitor key supply chain KPIs.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of planning inputs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or data analytics roles.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain concepts such as demands forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with Excel, ERP systems, or planning tools is a plus.
