Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update information into company systems and databases accurately.
  • Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support in preparing simple reports and summaries for management.
  • Assist with digital filing, scanning, and archiving of documents.

HR Operations & Admin (20%)

  • Assist the HR team with maintaining employee records and files.
  • Support in onboarding tasks such as collecting documents and preparing new hire files.
  • Help coordinate attendance, leave requests, and basic HR paperwork.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence.

Working Conditions

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Days Off: Friday + 2 Saturdays off per month

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).

02 years of experience in data entry, admin, or HR support.

Good command of MS Office (especially Excel & Word).

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Positive attitude, organized, and eager to develop professionally.
