Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design graphics, layouts, and visual materials for digital, print, and multimedia platforms

  • Support campaign development by contributing creative ideas and concepts

  • Assist with exhibitions and events by preparing creative materials and visual elements

  • Edit videos and create motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content when needed

  • Use various design tools to produce engaging and high-quality visuals

  • Attend photoshoots, provide creative input, and capture photos when required (using camera or mobile)

  • Participate in meetings to present ideas and align with project goals

  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and meet quality standards

  • Suggest new creative ideas and improvements to enhance visual output

  • Support the team with additional creative tasks when required

  • Occasionally support weekend projects if needed (compensated accordingly)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate)

  • Basic understanding of design principles and visual storytelling

  • Experience in video editing and multimedia content creation

  • Ability to assist with photoshoots and on-site creative production

  • Familiarity with basic website design tools (or willingness to learn)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Willingness to attend events, workshops, and training sessions
