Junior Digital Markets Associate Kraken Pro Trading Group

As a Junior Digital Markets Associate, you will play a key role in Kraken Pro Trading Groups’ engagement with digital markets. You will receive guidance from senior staff while performing tasks related to trade execution, market monitoring, reporting, and fund management. This role provides the opportunity to learn and grow within the digital asset trading environment while earning commission based on performance. Market Monitoring & Analysis Track digital asset prices and market trends across multiple exchanges. Identify potential opportunities for buying and selling digital assets. Provide summaries or alerts on market movements to senior staff. Trade Execution & Coordination Execute buy and sell orders on behalf of the company under supervision. Ensure accurate recording of transaction details, including timestamps, amounts, and fees. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for fund allocation and trade approval. Fund & Record Management Receive and manage company-assigned funds securely. Maintain organized records of all transactions for reporting and auditing purposes. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly reports on market activity, executed trades, and performance. Document lessons learned, trade strategies, and observed market behavior for internal use. Training & Mentorship Participation Attend training sessions and follow guidance from senior staff. Apply learned strategies in trading activities under supervision. Continuously develop knowledge of digital assets, trading platforms, and market mechanics. Compliance & Risk Awareness Follow company procedures to ensure safe handling of digital assets. Adhere to risk management guidelines and internal controls during trade execution. Support Other Digital Market Activities Assist senior staff in research projects, market strategy planning, or liquidity management. Collaborate with team members to improve operational workflows.

Entry-level or junior position (0–2 years of experience). Training and mentorship provided. Background or strong interest in financial markets, digital assets, or fintech. Basic understanding of trading principles, blockchain, or digital asset platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and transactions. Self-motivated and able to follow instructions under supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with digital tools (spreadsheets, analytics platforms, or trading dashboards) is an advantage.
