Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your key responsibilities will revolve around supporting senior project managers, liaising with cross-functional teams, and actively participating in project planning and execution stages. As a Junior Digital Project Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate these into actionable tasks, and support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions. This position suits someone with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for technology and digital innovation.


Responsibilities
  • Assist senior project managers in planning and executing digital projects.
  • Liaise with clients to gather and clarify project requirements and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues arising during project lifespan.
  • Maintain clear and frequent communication with project stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes.
  • Support risk management processes to promptly identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Ensure projects adhere to deadlines and budgetary constraints set by the management.
  • Utilize project management software tools to track the progression of different project tasks.
  • Facilitate project meetings and distribute minutes to relevant team members for follow-up.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas to project strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Previous experience in project management or as part of a project team.
  • Proficiency in using project management software like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically.
