Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations across e commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, Noon, Ninja), ensuring listings are live, accurate, and optimized.
- Maintain product data, pricing, and stock availability across platforms using internal systems.
- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and online channels to ensure availability and avoid stockouts or missed sales.
- Process customer purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Track account performance, sales results, and category/SKU achievement against monthly targets, including returns and cancellations.
- Support online merchandising activities such as promotions, banners, campaigns, and content optimization in coordination with Marketing.
- Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports, sharing insights and updates with the direct manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service) to resolve issues, support collections, and ensure smooth account operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
No prior work experience required; internships, university projects, or coursework in analytics or e commerce are a plus.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and performance data.
Excellent Excel skills (mandatory).
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
High attention to detail, structured working approach, and strong willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
