Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to play a key function to assist with coordinating, select and execute events in a popular government firm that foster innovation, entrepreneurship and stakeholder engagement with the firm. This position is critical for the continuous strengthening of company brand of being a strong supporter of entrepreneurship and building and maintained relations with all stakeholders in the ecosystem and making it grow strongly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a role as eco-system builder running innovation and or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Arabic language (read and write) Optional but preferred.
  • English language required (advanced)
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent event management skills
  • Administration & coordination skills

Event Management:

  • Manage the administration side of events and execution with the purpose of growing the influence and reach of company in the ecosystem.
  • Use digital means when possible, to ensure scalability and structure the management of the ecosystem.
  • Support in organizing community related events.

Correspondence & Internal Communications

  • Assist in preparing tailored letters, memo, emails communicating with all stakeholders.
  • Preparing reports to management on the events and managing the events calendar and keeping it up to date.

Administration

  • Support regarding purchase requisitions and that stakeholders provide the right information. Follow up on the same to provide timely delivery of supplier services.
  • Maintain a database of info on all material collected from events etc. in an easy to understand file.
  • Manage the complex task of running events with informing all individuals and following up and ensuring the correct and successful execution of all the events.
  • Make sure all bills, proposals, invoices, and other documents are all produced and collected in a timely fashion and handed on the respective departments for further processing.

Document Preparation

  • Prepare slides and support with any other collateral as deemed necessary that has to do with events and ecosystem building.
