Junior Electrical Estimation Engineer

The Junior Electrical Engineer supports the Estimation team in preparing electrical cost estimates and quantity take-offs for construction projects. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career engineer looking to build hands-on experience in MEP cost estimation, while gaining exposure to regional and Saudi Arabian projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing electrical quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Support the development of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed cost breakdowns
• Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications
• Assist in pricing materials, labor, and subcontracted works
• Support senior estimators during tender preparation and submissions
• Maintain organized records of take-offs, assumptions, and clarifications
• Coordinate with mechanical and civil teams when required
• Learn and support estimation activities in line with Saudi market standards and practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience (internships included)
• Basic understanding of electrical systems (power, lighting, ELV)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel (Candy CCS is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
