Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all on-site electrical engineering activities to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide site execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of electrical components.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to local codes, regulations, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems on-site.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement among site teams.

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in site supervision
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tools
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
