Junior Engineer

Assist senior engineers in planning, and executing construction projects.

• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation under supervision.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
• Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate project updates.
• Perform basic calculations and analyses to support engineering decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging engineering technologies and construction methods.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil, or related field).
• 0-5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in construction or project management.
• Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project needs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and construction standards.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
