Roles & Responsibilities

MAIN MISSIONS:

Autonomous Management of Internal Events

  • Organizing internal events and company activities from start to finish (team building, celebrations, internal seminars)
  • Managing the complete logistics: venues, caterers, entertainment, equipment
  • Ensure budget monitoring and adherence to deadlines
  • Ensuring participant satisfaction and event success

Support for External Events

  • Assist the Senior Project Manager in managing external corporate events
  • Ensure the monitoring and coordination of stakeholders (speakers, service providers, partners)
  • Coordinate with the various departments (communication, marketing, operations, finance)
  • Participate in the operational implementation of major events

Administrative Coordination & Monitoring

  • Centralize and manage event records
  • Ensure the monitoring of supplier invoices and budget management
  • Update the team's dashboards and tracking tools
  • Prepare post-event reports and summaries

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor event trends
  • Identify new service providers and opportunities
  • Suggest creative ideas for internal events

Desired Candidate Profile

Education level: Bac+3/5 (Communication, Event Management or Project Management).

Required experience: 1 to 2 years (including significant work-study or internships in agency/advertiser).

Desired profile:

  • Versatility: Able to independently manage corporate events (seminars, team-buildings) while remaining supportive on major projects.
  • Creativity & Content: Proactive in suggesting improvements to the animation, program writing and participant experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Administrative rigor for monitoring files, invitations and service providers.

Key skills: Proficiency in Office/Google Suite, tools, writing skills and simple creation tools (Canva).
