Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Handle end‑to‑end medical insurance operations for employees and dependents

  2. Coordinate with insurance providers for addition & deletion of employees/dependents

  3. Process insurance additions with required documents: Passport copy & Visa copy

  4. Manage insurance deletions based on Visa cancellation documents

  5. Perform ICP linking of medical insurance using Passport & Visa copies

  6. Liaise with insurance companies for policy queries, corrections, and updates

  7. Maintain accurate insurance records, trackers, and supporting documentation

  8. Support employees with insurance‑related queries and claims coordination

  9. Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and internal HR policies

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR qualification preferred)

  2. 3–5 years of HR experience, specifically in medical insurance & benefits administration

  3. Proven experience handling or corporate medical insurance plans

  4. Prior interaction with insurance providers for employee benefit management

  5. Strong understanding of addition/deletion processes and ICP insurance linking

  6. Good knowledge of required documentation (Passport, Visa, Visa Cancellation)

  7. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems

  8. Detail‑oriented, organized, and strong in employee coordination

  9. Willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah
