Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Finalizing forwarders, managing duty exemptions, COO/invoice attestations, shipment clearance, and delivery coordination.
  • Handling customs inspections (if applicable) and ensuring timely offloading at site/store.
  • Processing LPOs, invoices, and follow-ups until payment completion; submitting BOE and invoice copies for VAT returns.
  • Assisting Central Procurement with vendor coordination, RFQs, order finalization, and follow-up to ensure timely closures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate (Preferable in Supply Chain Management)
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Fluency in speaking Hindi language
