Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the export logistics plan to ensure timely shipment of products.
- Support in calculating CBM based on carton dimensions and quantities.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing export shipping documents (Invoice & Packing List).
- Coordinate and follow up on shipment movements through different logistics channels.
- Communicate with freight forwarders regarding bookings, FCR, and BL.
- Support in preparing export and shipment reports.
- Maintain accurate records and update logistics data using Excel sheets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree from Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (or Logistics / Business-related field).
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Export Logistics
- Very Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Good Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, reports).
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and within a team environment.
