Key Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare and verify export documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Book and coordinate ocean shipments according to customer delivery schedules.

Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates to customers.

Coordinate order distribution with production facilities to meet shipment requirements.

Monitor customer order patterns to anticipate product demand and reduce emergency shipments.

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve logistics issues, and follow up on customer satisfaction opportunities.

Represent the company professionally in all communications and logistics interactions.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field.

2 - 3 years of experience in Freight forwarding company is a must or in the same role.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive team player.
