Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile high volumes of centralized payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment schedules for multiple hospitality properties.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, working closely with hotels and vendors to identify and correct issues promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed payment records, including supporting documentation, for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Monitor bank accounts and cash flow related to centralized payments, escalating any potential issues to the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a solid foundation is essential.
  • Holds a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance, with a focus on payments or accounts payable; experience matters.
  • Has experience within the hospitality industry or a related field to understand the business environment.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and other accounting software; proficiency is key.
