Roles & Responsibilities
Requirement:
- 3 years of experience in Facility Management Companies within the UAE
- Strong Technical Skills
- Experience in CAFM
- Familiar with FM applications (Vendor cafe, Oracle based applications)
- Monitor day to day operations
- Handling help desk (Calls, emails)
- Follow-up with technical team
- Closing the work orders
- Generating PPM plans
- Preparing the reports (Weekly, Monthly)
- Coordination with vendors
- Preparing the quotes
- Assisting in all technical & admin works.
