Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of visually appealing graphics for digital media platforms.
• Support the senior design team with various design projects and tasks.
• Help in developing marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new design concepts and ideas.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and marketing communications.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Edit and resize images for different graphic design projects and platforms.
• Assist in preparing and revising presentations using graphic design software tools.
• Maintain and organize a well-documented library of creative assets and designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and suggest improvements to graphic design processes.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Collaborate with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality print production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience or internship in graphic design is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative projects is required.
