Roles & Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design engaging digital and print materials including social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing, and product teams to deliver compelling visual concepts.
  • Contribute to brand storytelling and support ongoing brand evolution initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Provide creative guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
  • Ensure consistency across all designs by strictly following brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Hands-on experience with Figma for UI/UX and collaborative design workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for basic motion graphics and animations.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
