Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0 3 years of experience, with a strong interest and skillset in designing for social media platforms. You will support the marketing team in creating engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and communication strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce high-quality visual content for social media (posts, stories, ads, reels, etc.).
Assist in developing creative concepts, layouts, and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Adapt and resize existing designs to fit different platforms and formats.
Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all visuals.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, social media formats, and creative tools.
Support in creating marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations, banners, etc.) when required.
Assist in photo editing, retouching, and basic video editing for digital platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
0 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to social media content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva.
Basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) is a plus.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and sense of visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow as part of a collaborative team.
