Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Be the backbone of our Human Resources department, ensuring our people operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will:
- Provide Administrative Support: Prepare and process employee files according to established procedures, including copying, scanning, and preparing certificates.
- Assist Recruitment: Support the "Match Maker" process by preparing announcements, updating candidate databases, and arranging appointments for candidate days.
- Manage HR Data: Enter and update payroll data accurately while managing incoming telephones and emails.
- Coordinate Operations: Help process attendance incidents like sick leave and holidays, and assist in setting up accounts on various HR platforms.
- Foster Culture: Assist in organizing internal events and execute various requests to support the team s mission.
- Language Proficiency: English at a B1 level and Mother Tongue at a C2 level.
- Education: University diploma or degree (Law, HR Management, Sociology, Psychology, or similar).
- Specialized Knowledge: Training in Human Resources or basic knowledge of Labor Law is a significant advantage.
- Previous Experience: Experience as an HR employee performing administration and payroll functions is preferred.
- IT Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Office Package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Google Apps, and Email communication. Experience with HR Information Systems is a plus.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, a focus on quality/accuracy, and strong planning and organizational capacity.
- Personal Attributes: A positive attitude, high level of discretion regarding confidential material, and the ability to remain motivated under pressure.
