Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR database.
- Track daily attendance, leaves, and overtime reports.
- Support payroll preparation with accurate data and documentation.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes professionally.
- Prepare HR letters, memos, and administrative reports.
- Support HR policies implementation and employee relations activities.
- Coordinate with Social Insurance and Labor Office when needed.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
1 3 years of solid HR experience (construction field is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance forms (1, 2, 6) and compliance procedures.
