Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR database.
  • Track daily attendance, leaves, and overtime reports.
  • Support payroll preparation with accurate data and documentation.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes professionally.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, and administrative reports.
  • Support HR policies implementation and employee relations activities.
  • Coordinate with Social Insurance and Labor Office when needed.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field

1 3 years of solid HR experience (construction field is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance forms (1, 2, 6) and compliance procedures.
