Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files in compliance with labor laws
  • Coordinate the hiring process: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and onboard new employees
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and system updates
  • Administer medical insurance: employee enrollments, cancellations, claims follow-up, and renewals
  • Ensure compliance with local labor and social insurance regulations
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and ensure proper documentation
  • Support internal HR audits and prepare periodic reports related to payroll, recruitment, and employee status
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
  • Assist in implementing and improving HR procedures and processes

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and local labor laws
  • Experience handling employee benefits, especially medical insurance administration
  • Solid understanding of personnel administration and HR documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • HR certification is an advantage
