Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files in compliance with labor laws
- Coordinate the hiring process: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and onboard new employees
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and system updates
- Administer medical insurance: employee enrollments, cancellations, claims follow-up, and renewals
- Ensure compliance with local labor and social insurance regulations
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and ensure proper documentation
- Support internal HR audits and prepare periodic reports related to payroll, recruitment, and employee status
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
- Assist in implementing and improving HR procedures and processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and local labor laws
- Experience handling employee benefits, especially medical insurance administration
- Solid understanding of personnel administration and HR documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- HR certification is an advantage
