Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage employee files (contracts, administrative documents).
  • Track absences, leave, sick leave.
  • Update HR databases (HRIS software, Excel files).
  • Participate in the preparation of administrative documents: certificates, HR letters, etc.
  • Write and publish job postings.
  • Sorting applications (sourcing, pre-selection).
  • Organize the interviews with the managers.
  • Prepare the documents for welcoming new employees.
  • Participate in the onboarding (integration) of new recruits.
  • Collect and verify payroll variables (overtime, absences).
  • Participate in updating HR materials: welcome booklet, organizational chart, etc.
  • Keep HR dashboards up to date.
  • Keep the legal books up to date.

  • Discretion and a sense of confidentiality.
  • Good organization and thoroughness.
  • Proficiency with office tools (Excel, HR software).
