Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage employee files (contracts, administrative documents).
- Track absences, leave, sick leave.
- Update HR databases (HRIS software, Excel files).
- Participate in the preparation of administrative documents: certificates, HR letters, etc.
- Write and publish job postings.
- Sorting applications (sourcing, pre-selection).
- Organize the interviews with the managers.
- Prepare the documents for welcoming new employees.
- Participate in the onboarding (integration) of new recruits.
- Collect and verify payroll variables (overtime, absences).
- Participate in updating HR materials: welcome booklet, organizational chart, etc.
- Keep HR dashboards up to date.
- Keep the legal books up to date.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Discretion and a sense of confidentiality.
- Good organization and thoroughness.
- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, HR software).
- Good interpersonal skills.
