Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair work, and system performance data. Assist in documenting and closing out work orders using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Monitor and analyze HVAC system energy consumption to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Assist in implementing energy-saving measures, such as optimizing operational schedules
