Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for motivated and physically fit Junior Technicians to join our dynamic field service team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to build a skilled career in HVAC, working alongside our experienced technicians to learn the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial air conditioning systems.

  • Hands-On Support: Work closely with senior technicians to assist in the installation, preventive maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC units.
  • Troubleshooting Assistance: Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, including electrical circuits and control panels, under expert guidance.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform essential tasks including system inspection, cleaning, filter changes, and component checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols, using tools and equipment correctly to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Site Discipline: Maintain excellent housekeeping on job sites and ensure all work is reported accurately to the supervising engineer.
  • Physical Field Work: Be prepared for demanding physical work in various field conditions, including on rooftops and in confined spaces.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: ITI Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical, or a 12th Grade Certificate.

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience, with preference for candidates with UAE/GCC experience in HVAC installation or maintenance.

Technical Aptitude:

· Basic understanding of electrical wiring and HVAC control systems.

· A fast learner with a strong willingness to develop new technical skills.

Physical & Personal Attributes:

· Physically fit and able to work long hours, including weekends when required.

· Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

· Self-motivated, disciplined, and a reliable team player.

· Good verbal communication skills in English.

· Background: Candidates with experience as an AC Ductman, Helper, Electrician, or in similar manual/technical roles are strongly encouraged to apply.
