Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, split units, etc.)
- Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment
- Monitor system performance and report any abnormalities or faults
- Carry out filter cleaning/replacement and basic servicing tasks
- Respond to maintenance requests and service calls in a timely manner
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Record maintenance activities and update service logs
- Assist in inspections and preventive maintenance schedules
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 0 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (facility management experience is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read simple technical drawings and manuals
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work under supervision
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
0 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (facility management experience is a plus)
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components
