Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Manages identities and the assignment of access privileges for the organization's entire application and technology estate in accordance with the processes and procedures in place;
- In collaboration with the various IT and business teams, designs and configures application security (roles, profiles, groups, etc.) based on processes, business requirements and risks;
- Participates in the identification and assessment of risks and vulnerabilities of the various systems in terms of application security;
- Identifies and raises awareness among owners of information assets by providing them with the materials, tools and advice necessary for risk-based decision-making;
- Participates in various IT projects (upgrading platforms, implementing new technologies, etc.); ensures quality of delivery by creating, executing and recording test scripts;
- Provides support to users for stabilization purposes when new changes are deployed;
- Resolves incidents related to identity and access management in the context of day-to-day operations and during technology deployments;
- Performs various control activities related to sound identity and access management (e.g., periodic monitoring of the assignment and/or use of elevated access privileges);
- Understands, respects and ensures compliance with the application security requirements of the regulations to which the client is subject (e.g., Regulation 52-109). Meets internal and external audit requirements and recommendations.
- Understands, respects and ensures compliance with Metro's various policies, standards and internal rules regarding information security (e.g., Information Security Policy, rules of use of messaging systems, etc.);
- Monitors the allocation of user licenses and proactively communicates to management when the minimum thresholds of available licenses are exceeded;
- Participates in 24/7 "Standby" support on a rotating basis for the resolution of incidents related to identity and access management;
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
1 to 3 years of experience in systems/security administration, with an IAM
specialization the profile is expected to cover 24-7 ''Standby'', on a rotational
basis Experience in a multi-technology environment (Active Directory, Azure AD, IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, etc.) is a big asset.
English/French (Read and spoken) is a requirement
