Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Learn to monitor and maintain the performance of our industrial applications.
  • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting application issues by learning to interpret system logs.
  • Provide first-line technical support to users, logging all queries and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Use basic SQL queries under supervision for data retrieval, validation, and reporting purposes.
  • Support the senior team with routine database and application maintenance tasks.
  • Learn to execute basic scripts and assist in routine system checks.
  • Document support activities and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Work under the guidance of engineers to resolve issues and develop your technical skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Alexandria Residents ONLY.
  • Males applying should have a defined military service status (complete exemption or served).
  • Good English commands both written and spoken
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL (understanding of SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, UPDATE, INSERT statements).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Eagerness to learn complex industrial software systems.
  • Good communication skills to interact with users and team members.
  • Familiarity with any programming or scripting language (Python, Java, C#, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Basic understanding of Windows or Linux operating systems.
  • Any exposure to IT support concepts (ticketing systems, SLAs).
  • Relevant internships or academic projects.
