Junior Interior Architect

- Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Interior Architect to join our Interior Architecture Department. The ideal candidate will support our design team in developing high-end hospitality, residential, and commercial projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to all stages of design from concept to execution under the guidance of senior designers and the Head of Department.


- Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating concept designs, schematic layouts, and presentation boards.

Prepare 2D CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and design documentation.

Research and source materials, finishes, and FF&E; prepare sample boards.

Collaborate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to support project delivery.

Contribute to BOQs, technical drawings, and specifications under supervision.

Conduct site visits, document progress, and assist in ensuring design intent is met.

Maintain project files, drawings, and presentations in an organized manner.

- Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.

1 3 years of professional experience in interior architecture or design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop (knowledge of 3ds Max or Rhino is a plus).

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and creativity.

Strong communication and presentation skills
