Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Internal Auditor - Retail Operations to join our team. This role involves supporting the internal audit function by conducting audits across our stores` locations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of retail operations, including sales processes, inventory management, and compliance adherence.
  • Support the assessment of internal controls and help recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with store managers to gather information and address audit findings.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and assist in presenting findings to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting retail operations.
  • Participate actively in the development and implementation of audit plans and strategies.
  • Provide training and support to store personnel on compliance and operational best practices.
  • Visit various store locations as required to conduct audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in internal auditing or related field is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and compliance standards is a plus.
