Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
Respond to and resolve IT support requests from employees or clients.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide guidance to users on basic IT-related queries.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Perform routine system updates and backups.
Monitor system performance and report any irregularities.
Support the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs) and wireless networks.
Assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Ensure network security by following established protocols.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
Document processes and procedures for future reference.
Provide regular updates to senior IT staff on ongoing tasks.
Work closely with senior IT Team and other departments to address technical needs.
Assist in the implementation of new IT projects or upgrades.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
0 - 3 years of experience
Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addresses, DNS, routers, etc.).
Knowledge of common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Understanding of cybersecurity principles is a plus.
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
