Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role includes (but is not limited to) the following key activities:
- Support the implementation and rollout of new IT systems, platforms, and tools across the organization
- Assist in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring stable connectivity and performance
- Manage domains, DNS records, hosting environments, and related configurations
- Provide first-line IT support for users (hardware, software, and access issues)
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, and user environments
- Troubleshoot network issues (connectivity, access, performance) and escalate when needed
- Assist in system integrations and coordination between different platforms
- Support Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems administration (users, permissions, security basics)
- Document systems, configurations, and implementation processes
- Coordinate with internal teams on technical setup and deployment requirements
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests while maintaining system stability
- Contribute to improving IT infrastructure and implementing best practices
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience.
- Fresh graduates will be considered too.
Preferred Skills:
1. Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, routing basics)
- Familiarity with domain management, DNS configuration, and hosting environments
- Basic experience with system implementation or software deployment
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and cloud platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and system integrations
2. Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Proactive attitude with interest in systems and infrastructure
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in IT systems and networking
3. Languages Verbal and written fluency in:
- Fluency in Arabic (verbal and written).
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
