Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including supplier, client, and partnership agreements.
- Prepare various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other correspondence.
- Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with local, regional, and international regulations relevant to the chemical construction industry.
- Conduct legal research on industry-specific regulations, intellectual property, and emerging legal trends affecting the business.
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation, including technical data sheets, method statements, and application system contracts.
- Liaise with internal departments such as technical, sales, and operations to provide legal guidance on day-to-day matters.
- Assist in managing and resolving disputes, claims, and litigation in coordination with external counsel when necessary.
- Monitor and report on changes in legislation and regulations that may impact company operations or product offerings.
- Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance legal awareness across the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of legal matters, correspondence, and case files in accordance with company protocols.
- Handle administrative and organizational functions related to legal practice.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Law from an accredited institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in a legal role.
- Familiarity with commercial and contract law, particularly in relation to supply chain and product distribution.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
