Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and real estate contracts
- Provide legal support on operational and corporate matters
- Assist with compliance, due diligence, and risk management
- Liaise with external counsel when necessary
- Maintain organized and up-to-date legal documentation
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer (civil or common law jurisdiction accepted)
- Minimum 2 years PQE
- Strong commercial and real estate experience
- Native English speaker
- Currently based in the UAE
- Available to join within 1 month
