Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in English and Arabic

2. Advise on commercial, corporate, and real estate matters

3. Support compliance, policy, and regulatory work

4. Coordinate with external counsel where required

5. Assist the Head of Legal on strategic projects

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer (civil or common law jurisdiction accepted)
  • Minimum 2 years PQE
  • Proven experience in commercial and real estate law
  • Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking) and English
  • Based in the UAE
  • Available to join within 1 month
