Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Maintenance Engineer to join our property management team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have hands-on experience in building maintenance and facility management within the UAE.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of properties and facilities.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs.
- Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and asset records.
- Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Support facility upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general maintenance and facility management in the UAE.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Age below 30 years.
