Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Market Monitoring: Track news, industry websites, government portals, company pages, and social media to find new project opportunities.
  • Research & Data Collection: Speak directly with developers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government representatives to gather first-hand project details (scope, timelines, budgets, key contacts).
  • Database Management: Keep the project database updated and organized, making sure information is accurate and easy to use. Suggest improvements to data classification and meet deadlines for updates.
  • Collaboration: Build relationships with project stakeholders and work with internal teams to ensure research supports business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

What Were Looking For

  • Educational background in Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration
  • 1 2 years of professional experience in research, business intelligence, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid technical ability, especially with Microsoft Office
  • Good to very good language skills written & verbal
  • Strong communication skills (mandatory)
  • Background in real estate is an added advantage
  • Previous call center experience is also a plus
