Roles & Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, portals, email).
- Coordinate with media buying and creative teams to ensure campaign readiness.
- Monitor basic campaign performance (leads, reach, engagement).
- Support website updates, landing pages, and property listings.
Content & Branding
- Help prepare marketing content for social media, websites, and brochures.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and copywriters.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all materials.
- Support content calendars and posting schedules.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Assist in managing and organizing incoming leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead handover.
- Prepare basic reports on leads, inquiries, and campaign performance.
Offline & Activation Marketing
- Support execution of events, exhibitions, site activations, and broker events.
- Assist with printing, production, and on-ground branding materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors when needed.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Support budget tracking and marketing documentation.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
0 2 years of experience in marketing (real estate experience is a plus).
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or CRM systems is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
