Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical systems, including boilers, air compressors, HVAC, water systems, and firefighting networks.

  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, record operational data, and analyze deviations.
  • Participate in projects for facility upgrades, energy optimization, and machine installations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, production, and safety teams to ensure smooth factory operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and assist in documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Provide technical support to resolve daily facility-related issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering.

0 2 years of experience in facilities, utilities, or maintenance engineering (internship or factory-based experience preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to work on-site and learn within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Good in English is required.
