Process alarms and handle anomalies._x000D_ Integrate new nodes (MSC, EPG, etc.)._x000D_ Develop configurations to meet the needs of different structures and departments._x000D_ Open and follow up on CSRs with the supplier for any emergencies or consultations..._x000D_ Ensure regular daily tasks related to platform administration (EMM Gui Application & OS System & Alarms). Investigate and analyze the cause of errors related to CDRs generated by the ATM network. Participate in Software / Hardware upgrades of different suppliers (Huw LTE, EPG etc.). Manage User Gui & OS._x000D_ Night activity (Maintenance Windows and the deployment of a new configuration requiring night activity)._x000D_ Ensure versatility between all nodes of the sub-directorate. Comply with HSE requirements.
