Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the selection of product ranges, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and target customer.
  • Prepare and present reports on product performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, manage lead times, and ensure product quality.
  • Manage inventory levels and track stock movement to minimize overstocking and stockouts.
  • Support the creation of visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation in-store and online.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams on promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and other merchandising documentation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal product assortments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry, even through internships, is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
