Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Tasks:
- Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring a professional hospitality experience.
- Managing all email communication and follow-ups in English and Arabic.
- Answering and handling office phone calls efficiently.
- Preparing and writing sales contracts in Arabic mainly.
- Assigning leads on the CRM and maintaining organized, up-to-date databases.
- Managing the full cycle of Agents Agreements and related forms.
- Sending WhatsApp broadcast communications for agents.
- Archiving and organizing contracts, forms, and official documents.
- Preparing and updating reports on Google Sheets.
- Handling tasks related to the Office Messenger.
- Responsible for arranging office set up for meetings and trainings
- Supervising office maintenance, inventory of supplies, and overall cleanliness.
- Responsible for gathering customer feedback and reporting it to management in a structured report.
- Reviewing and monitoring the WhatsApp Listings group.
- Handling day-to-day tasks requested by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University Graduate
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Administration
- Organized and Enthusiastic
- Multi-tasker
- Flexible and fast learner
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Very good English and Arabic written.
- Age: maximum 27 years old
- Females only
- Living in 6 October
