Junior Operations Pilot
We are looking for a Junior Operations Pilot to join our IT teams and be involved in monitoring , incident tracking and operational management of IT environments for our client.
The role consists of ensuring the proper functioning of systems and applications, detecting and qualifying incidents via monitoring tools, carrying out initial analyses, coordinating actions with support teams (N2/N3) and guaranteeing continuity of service, in compliance with operating procedures.
Location: Casablanca > Level: Bachelor's degree +3 / Master's degree +5 (Computer Science, Networks, Systems, Information Systems or equivalent)
Your tasks
- Provide real-time monitoring of systems, infrastructure and applications. Detect, qualify and handle level 1/1.5 incidents via monitoring and ticketing tools.
- Conduct an initial analysis of the incidents and escalate to N2/N3 teams if necessary, according to the procedures in place.
- Follow up on incidents until their resolution and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
- Participate in monitoring major incidents and coordinating technical actions. Update tickets, write reports and ensure traceability of actions .
- Apply operating procedures (Run) and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Document recurring incidents and participate in knowledge capitalization.
