Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, and civil law matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and corporate documents. Handle matters related to DIFC, including litigation, regulatory compliance, and advisory. Manage client portfolios, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining long-standing professional relationships. Support the firm’s strategic growth through active participation in professional networks, industry engagements, and business development initiatives. Contribute to internal development, including mentoring junior staff, strengthening practice areas, and enhancing operational efficiency. Represent the firm professionally in meetings, negotiations, and stakeholder collaborations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
5–10 years of proven experience in corporate and civil law within the UAE. Strong understanding of DIFC laws, procedures, and regulatory frameworks. Bilingual proficiency (English + Arabic preferred; additional languages are a plus). Demonstrated experience in drafting and reviewing complex contracts and commercial agreements. Strong client management and communication skills. Ability to work independently, take strategic decisions, and manage case files efficiently. Enthusiasm for leadership, business development, and long-term firm growth.
