Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Benefits:
- We offer festive bonuses up to 1/2 a month of the salary and up to 2 months of the salary at the end of the year based on performance.
- We also offer commission based on achieved fundraising targets.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, sales, or business development (NGO or private sector).
- Demonstrated interest in fundraising and willingness to work toward financial targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good research, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Identify, research, and approach potential CSR partners (corporates, banks, and foundations).
- Actively participate in securing CSR funding by initiating outreach, attending meetings, and following up with prospects.
- Support the preparation of CSR proposals, pitch decks, concept notes, and presentations.
- Manage assigned fundraising leads and work toward individual fundraising targets.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing communication with corporate partners.
- Support the CSR Manager in tracking fundraising pipelines, partnerships, and progress against targets.
- Assist with partner reporting, documentation, and impact data collection.
- Coordinate internally with program, communications, and finance teams to gather required information.
- Help organize CSR events, partner visits, and activations.
- Maintain accurate records of partnerships, agreements, and donor communications.
